Birth of IEG NeoX

Concentration, verticalization, dependencies, ethics, security, and autonomy have become strategic concerns.

The NeoX economic interest group (EIG) was created in February 2025 by stakeholders who were initially customers of NeoX group companies and wanted to pool their investments in information technology and telecommunications while establishing shared governance to guarantee each party's independence.

Fundamentally international and cross-functional, the NeoX economic interest group brings together prescribers, distributors, management centers, suppliers, technical service providers, and associations in strategic areas such as visual and hearing health.

PURPOSE OF THE IEG

• To federate companies using the services of NeoX Group companies in as many countries as possible
• To provide access to essential services, the governance of which must be ensured by the group's members to guarantee their independence.
• Play an active role in monitoring, digital innovation and training.
• Establish private standards for the benefit of its members, and contribute to public standards.
